(1)当ホームページ及び当ホームページに掲載されたファイルには航空会社等の団体の標
章、塗装デザイン、機体デザイン等を表示している場合がありますが、この標章、塗装デ
ザイン、デザイン等に関わる商標権、著作権及び意匠権は当該団体に帰属します。
(a) This site and files contained herein may show some logos, painting or body
design ("LOGOS") of other parties ("OWNERS"), such as airline companies or
aircraft manufacturers. If any rights relating to the LOGOS, such as
trademarks, service marks, copyright, and design patent, exist, such rights are
the sole property of the OWNERS.
(2)当ホームページ及び当ホームページに掲載されたの一切のファイルは、これらの航空
会社等の団体とはいかなる関係もありません。これらの航空会社等の団体は当ホームペー
ジ及び当ホームページに掲載された一切のファイルにつき、保証その他何らの義務を負う
ものではありません。当ホームページ或いは当ホームページに掲載されたいずれのファイ
ルについても、当ホームページ以外の一切の団体に対し問い合わせ、苦情の申立等は固く
お断りいたします。
(b) Either this site or any files herein have no relationship with the OWNERS in
any manners or meanings. The OWNERS assume or undertake no obligation or
warranties for this site or anything herein concerning the LOGOS. In no event
you may inquire, complain or claim anything relating to this site or files
herein to the OWNERS.
(3)標章、塗装デザイン、機体デザイン等に関する何らかの権利を有する航空会社等の団
体から公式に要求された場合は、当ホームページは当該団体が指示した当ホームページ上
の標章、塗装デザイン、機体デザイン等、並びにそれらを表示した当ホームページの全て
のファイルを速やかに削除し、又、当該ファイルの使用中止及び破棄を当ホームページ上
で利用者に対し要請します。
(c) If the OWNERS request this site to delete the OWNERS' LOGOS from this site
and all files herein, this site shall promptly do so. In addition to it, this
site shall request the users of the related files to terminate using the files
and destroy them.
(4)当ホームページは、飛行機と空を愛する個人の幸福、及びフライトシミュレータを通
じた航空業界の発展に無償で貢献する事を目的に作成されています。当ホームページに掲
載されたファイルは当ホームページ及び当該ファイルに記載された利用条件に基づき無償
で使用を許諾されます。
(d) The access to this site and down-load of any files herein is free of charge.
This site is made and operated for the purpose of personal happiness of
individuals who love sky and airplanes, and for the purpose of prosperity of
aviation industry through flight simulators. Anybody who desires to use the
files herein shall be granted to use them free of charge but subject to the
terms and conditions set out in this site and in the files.
(5)ファイルの利用者は航空会社等の団体から公式の通知があった場合は、即時に当該
ファイルの利用を中止し、ファイルを破棄しなければなりません。
(e) Any and all users of the files down-loaded from this site are required to
terminate using them and destroy them if the OWNERS formally request to do so.
(6)航空会社等の団体がファイルの配布の中止を要求される場合は、以下のメールアドレ
スへ、その旨ご連絡下さい。当該通知が当該団体の公式の意思表示である事が確認され次
第、速やかに当該ファイルの使用中止及び破棄をホームページ上で利用者に対し要請しま
す。
(f) Any OWNERS who desire to delete the LOGOS from this site or files contained
herein, are kindly requested to give this site the formal notice to the
following e-mail address. Upon the confirmation of the authenticity of the
notice, this site shall request the users of the related files to terminate
using them and destroy them.
(7)当ホームページ及び当ホームページに掲載された一切のファイルにつき、当ホーム
ページ以外の団体に対して問い合わせ、苦情の申立等を行ったこと又は公式の通知にも拘
らず、当該ファイルの使用を継続されたことにより、航空会社等の団体又は当ホームペー
ジに何らかの損害が発生し又は迷惑が掛かった場合は、損害賠償請求等を含めた法的手段
をとることがあります。
(g) This site may take any and all possible action, including litigation for
damages and/or injunctive relieves, if any OWNERS or this site are incurred any
damages or suffered nuisance caused by any users' inquiry, complaint or claim to
the OWNERS relating to this site or files herein, or by any users' failure to
terminate using files and/or to destroy them despite of the formal request made
by the OWNERS.
(8)航空会社等の団体の名前を騙って当ホームページに通知された場合は私文書偽造に関
する刑事告発、民法上の損害賠償請求を含めた法的手段をとることがあります。
(h) This site may take any and all possible action, including criminal
accusation for forgery and litigation for damage, to anybody who forges the
notice of the OWNERS.

している場合がありますが、この標章、塗装デザイン及びデザイン等に関わる商標権、著
作権及び意匠権は当該団体に帰属します。

airplanes, and prosperity of aviation industry through flight simulators. For
the purpose of it, the author grants you to use these files free of charge but
subject to the terms and conditions set out herein.
(4)このファイルに表示された標章、塗装デザイン及びデザインに関わる権利を有する航
空会社等の団体が公式の通知により中止を要請した場合は、以下のホームページ上に掲載
致しますので、即時にこのファイルの利用を中止し、破棄して下さい。
(d) If the OWNERS give formal request to delete the OWNERS' LOGOS from this
file, the request will be announced on the following site. You are required to
terminate using this file and destroy it promptly.
(5)利用者はこのホームページで定期的にファイル利用中止に関する通知の有無を確認
して下さい。通知はHPの表紙に掲載されます。
(e) You are required to access this site regularly to see whether any
announcement is made or not. Notice to user will come up on front page.
